Device Return and Refund Policy

We at Fastboy Marketing are committed to customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund *Other Electronic device return and refund policy: Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days of receiving the devices, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*For FREE Clover devices program with merchant service:
If the customer cancels the merchant service within 3 years, they are required to return the device to Fastboy or pay the full current price of the Clover device.
After 3 years, the Clover device will become the customer’s property.

Processing: Please send us an email at [email protected] with the subject title “ Return/Refund/Cancellation request – Your Customer ID Number”” or contact us via hotline at (832)-968-6668 for instructions on how to return your product to us and to address your concerns as soon as possible. Please capture and send us the receipt of the shipment so that we have a tracking number for your package return. Customers shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our office.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 – 15 working days, and the credit will automatically be issued either by check or by credit card, based on the original method of payment. If the equipment is returned damaged (beyond normal wear and tear of short-term use), Fastboy Marketing reserves the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund.
